I am a long term guest teacher and work K-12, and I find more and more teachers using Google apps and actions in classrooms. I like the ability to communicate but also research and share more info if I see student/s not quite to that light bulb moment. Using the gmail each student has allows me to quietly but succinctly remind students of lost or incomplete work, upcoming due dates, and possible sources available to them.
