Regardless of how much effort I put into exercising lately, I still have a couple of spots on my body that haven’t changed very much. That is the first thing that made me want to research non-surgical options, more out of curiosity than anything else.

Body Contouring, and the results people talk about seem pretty mixed. Some say they noticed small but visible changes after a few sessions, while others expected more dramatic results and ended up disappointed.
I’m mainly wondering how realistic the expectations should be before trying something like this.
