Hi everyone,
I’m Alex and I’ve been really deep into secondhand fashion over the last few years, especially the rise of the
internet thrift store – basically online platforms where you can buy curated used and vintage clothing instead of digging through racks in person. I’m curious how many of you actually shop this way and what your experience has been so far.
What I’d love to know is:
Do you prefer a local thrift shop, or do you like the convenience of an internet thrift store?
What matters most to you when buying used clothes online (price, brand, condition, photos, returns, shipping, etc.)?
Have you ever found a favourite piece online that you still wear all the time?
I help run an online vintage shop myself, so I’m always trying to understand what real shoppers look for and what makes an internet thrift store feel trustworthy and worth coming back to.
