Hashtags on the Online Class "Social Media"

I am trying to post on the online page ( for the Social Media online class ) where there is a list of people who are listing their favorite hashtags. I am not sure how I get on that list but I must. Any ideas. Do I post through the little box that is for searches? Help!!
