How often should we do OIG screening?c

Hi everyone, we're a small clinic and just started monthly OIG screening for staff. But with vendors too, it's getting overwhelming. What's the right frequency? Daily, weekly, or monthly enough? Have you faced audits? How do you handle hits? We want to stay compliant without burning out. Any tips or tools that make it easier? Thanks for sharing your experience!
