In appropriate use of digital media

Subtle nuances in using email have caused me to be misinterpreted. One example would be the use of all caps being interpreted as shouting. I quickly typed and sent a memo to others teacher in all caps that I did not intend to send in that manner. But I did, and very quickly learned my lesson about using all caps.
