Inappropriatae Use of Digial Media

Inappropriate use of Digital Media is tricky.  I present to many large groups of teachers and quite honestly, sometimes technology does not work in my favor.  To bypass any unnecessary problems I often download youtube clips to my desktop.  Permissible or not?  I always double check copyright laws and digital media responsibilities and give credit where credit it due.
