A co-worker of mine was involved in inappropriate digital media use, he was a coach and a handful of parents were not happy with him. They turned to social media to create petition to get him fired. Instead of talking to the AD or the coach himself to find solutions, they used social media and made a spectacle out of the event. It could have been handled in a much better way.
