Inappropriate Digital Use

I've come across a lot of inappropriate digital use.  Faculty members sending all-staff emails to conduct personal business (like selling their car) or push a political or religious message; Students using other students email accounts to send harassing emails; students filming themselves dancing in the locker room and posting the video on YouTube; students filming fights and posting them on YouTube; Parents spreading rumors about new school fees on Whatsapp; Students using online resources to plagiarize; Students using digital devices in class for non-academic, off-task behavior; Teachers using digital devices for off-task behavior during meetings; one teacher viewing porn on his work computer (caught by a student).  This is just the tip of the iceberg...
