I am the head softball coach and I use group texting to communicate with the team. A few years ago my cell phone would only allow 20 people maximum per group message. I had two separate group texts for the entire team. It was a rainy day so I wanted to move practice inside. I sent a message to the first group saying practice was moved to the elementary gym. I thought I copied and pasted that message to send to the second group, but I was doing this too quickly and never actually clicked copy. Instead I pasted a message that was intended for my boyfriend at the time telling him about a private situation at work. This made the team uncomfortable because they had information that they shouldn't have. It made me feel awful because I caused unnecessary drama with the team. Nobody was hurt by the situation but it could have been prevented if I was more careful!
