Many years ago my wife was teaching an Assistive Technology course through our local AEA . While she had computers for each adult learner to use for this class her computer happened to have "pop up " a sexual photo on hers and several other computers that day. It was serious problem, but somewhat humorous at the same time. As they looked into the source of this photo they found that it was a the work of a school guidance counselor that had taken the photo when he was alone during a lunch break. Needless to say this man lost his job in a local school district he was working at and was not heard from again in our area. Personally, I have accidently found porn type of sites that where not filtered via a school district .... when looking up science class physiological information. That district was able to block that site after I reported it to the technician.
