Inappropriate Use Digital Media

Share a time when you or someone you know was the recipient of an inappropriate use of digital media or when you might have used digital media in an inappropriate manner. How did this make you or others feel? What might have been done differently?


Students like to airdrop pictures to one another and staff members. A few times it has been highly inappropriate pictures including some of a sexual nature. Many students who saw this were not thrilled, but they were able to pinpoint the student who was sending the photos. If this were to happen again, it would be a great tool to teach about turning off bluetooth and what is considered professional and/or appropriate to share with kids.
