As a substiute teacher in Middle School I have witnessed the fallout of students circulating negative/unkind texts/posts about another student. This type of activity is saddening and frustrating at the same time. The internet/texting is a haven for cowards that hide behind a faceless device. When I become aware of that activity I typically strongly remind the class as a whole that it is not acceptable and it is a mean and cowardly act.
