My son was recorded saying a joke without his knowledge (meanwhile this kid was saying a similar style of joke but didn't record himself). While he shouldn't have said the joke, he didn't give permission to be recorded. This person not only recorded without my son's knowledge but then shared it with other people. This led to a lot of threats and hate on my son. He apologized and truly felt awful about a dumb joke and learned a hard lesson about never knowing if something will be recorded for all to see. The person who recorded could have asked permission to record, or could have shared it with his parents or us so we could have dealt with it. I have seen lots of other kids his age constantly try and catch people at their worst moments and take a photo so they can send it out to others and make fun of them. Kids should be discouraged to do this and reminded that no one wants it to happen to them, so why do it to others.
