There was a time when I had a parent post on social media about athletes and parents that were a part of the wrestling team I coach. I do not typically get involved or add comments on social media posts. I did this time and said some things that I probably should not have said publicly. I should have addressed the individual with an email or spoke to them in person. Through my post you could tell I was very upset and I lost my temper. I took the post down a day later after I had cooled down. I do not think social media posts should be made in the heat of the moment, personally if I get upset I should not say anything until I calm down.
