Inappropriate Use Digital Media

One inappropriate use of digital media I witnessed, was that a parent at the local school had an issue with the way a situation was handled with her daughter. She used social media as an outlet to vent her frustrations about the situation, the principal and the teacher. The upset parent broadcast her view to her entire social media following. It was a very inappropriate way for her to handle the situation.

 A neighbor of mine uses the social media constantly as a way to vent her frustrations about her children's school and teachers. This is very wrong and I have tried to tactfully explain it to her that it is a one sided opinion without any of the people having a chance to dispute the claims!
