I have seen many times where people have posted things using digital media that they would never say to someone face to face. It is often times difficult to interpret those messages when you don't have gestures, facial expressions, and tone to take into consideration. I think there are other times where no harm is meant, but you aren't able it adequately interpret what was said/meant by using digital media.
