I have seen several messages from a colleague on a listserve, venting about decisions her administrators have made relating to her position. Though she does have valid points, and I understand her frustration, I'm concerned what she is putting out there will get back to those administrators and cause her further difficulties. When I post to a listserve or any other social media platform, I always make myself reread what I have written twice, just to make sure I haven't put something out there that could be considered offensive or cause me trouble in any way.
