Recently a parent in our school district, posted her frustrations about her child's teacher. She posted it as a "What can I do?" post on Facebook but in the process badmouthed the teacher and administrator. The parent had not talked to the teacher about her frustrations - just took it to social media. The teacher was at a loss for words. Not only did this post impact her reputation but the school's as well. It is unfortunate that the parent used social media to air her complaints rather than contact the teacher or administrator to find a solution.
