:Inappropriate Use Digital Media

I know in school we have a big problem with Snap chat where a kid took a picture of another student and drew some images on it and passed it around.  It caused a big problem because the student didn't know why people were laughing at him, but also administration couldn't get the picture because it had been deleted.
