If you are ever at a place where families are gathered, whether private or in public, glance around and see how many people are engrossed in their cell phones. It is sad to see families spending time together that is not quality time. My husband and I watched a movie with our daughter and her date one night. My daughter and her date never spoke a word to each other before, during, or after the movie. Once the boy left I chewed out my daughter for not being respectful and talking to her date. She said they were talking the whole time by texting each other. Being old-fashioned talking face-to-face must be out.
