There are a variety of ways that technology can be used inappropriately. One the most common that I see on a regular basis in both my personal and professional life are social media posts.
~Students posting inappropriate pictures on instagram to hurt another students.
~Students registering for accounts using either a false age or there teachers email address without permission.
~Students posting on any social media service such as snapchat, twitter, Facebook and etc about information to bully another student or hurt them.
Digital communication is an enhancement to oral communication and allows people to "hide" behind computer screens.
