I had a colleague who’s home computer was misused by another person. When the computer was taken in for repairs pornographic photos of minors were found on the computer. This colleague was charged and had to go through a trial that cleared him of the charges. Fortunately he was able to get his professional licence back when the case was settled. Lesson - stay and observe when others are using your devices. This could easily be done with someone’s phone.
