Inappropriate Use Digital Media

It's not really inappropriate use, however, the communication with emails is difficult. It is difficult to understand the mood and/or intentions of those sending the email. Misreading the intentions of emails is happening everyday. Even though I read and reread my emails over and over to check for understanding and to see if it includes all information I want it to; the emails are misinterpreted. Usage of punctuation misleads the reader. I try to keep the emails light, however readers have misread my intention. Then it had to be a face to face conversation.
