I try to remain very mindful of posts I have put on social media. Where I have struggled in the past has been when trying to communicate information through email. It is impossible to know the tone or feelings behind emails written and I have misread emails in the past. I have learned now to call or talk to a person face to face if I have any questions on the tone or meaning behind a message.
