Inappropriate Use by Jen Longanecker

My daughter was a senior in high school when another classmate took a picture of her backside during Chemistry class.  She then texted all her friends to change their profile picture to my daughter's behind.  This embarrassed, hurt, and devastated my daughter.  It should not have happened.  This is cyber bullying.  

I'm so sorry that happened to your daughter.  It not only hurts her, but your family as well.  I work at the elementary level.   Playing games with friends online is popular.  I do have students tell me that their feeling are hurt because one of their friends wouldn't play with them online.  Or several students are playing online games and they tell someone to get off because they don't want to play with them anymore.  Even though it is after school hours, it is brought to school the next day.  Students who have been left out of these online games bring it to school wanting or needing a teacher to help them.
