Working in a middle school I deal with inappropriate uses of digital media on a daily basis. Students use digital resources as their primary source of communication and the interactions they have on these devices inevitably spill over into the classroom. At the beginning of this year we had two students get into a physical fight over something that occurred on Snap Chat and it seems as though our administrators deal more with problems that begin digitally and continue on in the face-to-face world.
