Social media can be a great tool and way for people to stay connected quickly; however, sometimes it can hurt peoples feelings without intention. My nephew has longer hair, and many people comment how he looks like a girl. Some of the comments are not intentional, but they can still be very hurtful. My nephew is only 3 years old and isn't on social media, so thankfully, he has not been affected by these comments yet. People need to be very thoughtful about the information they share and how they respond to others.
