– Inappropriate Use of Digital Media
On the receiving side, one such inappropriate use of digital media that’s been done to me (and probably everyone, at this point) is the scam email. Using email to deceive others into sending money (or similar) is undoubtedly inappropriate.
On the confessional side, back in the days of the original Napster application, I would get all my music freely and illegally. This isn’t a justification, but I was in high school at the time, and digital citizenship wasn’t even a concept at that point. The internet was the wild west.
