Inappropriate Use of Digital Media

I have seen many students try to unblock Facebook at school and now it has actually been unblocked by the administration for use by the classrooms. Now, the challenge will be to try and keep the use of FB to only official school use. Just the other day, I was subbing for a teacher and covering a study back time and had to shut down the computer use of a couple of students because they were on different people's FB walls. It is very difficult to police this, especially when you are just covering the classroom. As they say, this is another can of worms opened up! Again, the necessity of teaching digital citizenship!
