Inappropriate Use of Digital Media

Unacceptable videotaping with cell phones and sharing it with others is a growing concern.  In the news there have been stories on children videotaping others getting undressed in the locker rooms, videotaping children getting beat up, and videotaping inappropriate behavior such as underage drinking.  This behavior needs to be address. Children need to understand how this behavior will follow them around for the rest of their lives.  It only needs to be shared once for millions of others to see.
