Being able to use digital communication is good resource to have if you use it correctly. Many times people can read what is sent and get a very different interpretation of what it was suppose to mean. Those who send messages need to re-read what they type to make sure it makes sense before sending it.
Here is a good example of this that I have heard about: Three high school girls, who were friends ( Sally, Jane, and Martha), were sending messages back and forth. Sally sent a message to Jane about something that Martha said. Jane took the the message the wrong way. And got really mad at Martha. It was not what Martha said at all. The girls kept sending messages back and forth, with total misunderstanding. This hurt the friendship these girls had, just by one little message that was interpreted wrong.
