Inappropriate Use of Digital Media

As a High School teacher, I have seen a lot of cyber-bullying through the use of twitter, text messages, emails and facebook. I know that schools have been trying to curb cyber-bullying, but I have actually seen an increase in cyber-bullying over the last couple of years.
