Inappropriate Use of Digital Media

The use digital media should not be used to hurt others.  When students use media to say bad things about other students, teachers, or coaches is not acceptable.

The sad thing is Gene is that students think that is the most appropriate place to post their frustrations and dislikes. It's almost as if they think others will think more highly of them if they do post disparaging words about others. They think nothing of the consequences of those hurtful words.

Students are also a lot braver on social media than they would be face-to-face. They can hid behind their device and don't seem to realize there is a person with real feelings on the other end.
