Inappropriate Use of Digital Media

Unfortunately, a colleague of mine was very frustrated with a co-worker in the building and was texting another co-worker regarding his/her frustration.  At the same time this colleague was texting the person he/she was frustrated with.  Guess what....she/he sent the wrong text to the focus of her/his frustration and the recipient was very hurt. This caused a lot of shame and embarrassment to all parties involved and made a four worded text have way more impact than it should have.
