Inappropriate Use of Digital Media

We have many examples in our elementary building of teachers being the recipient of parents inappropriately using digital media.  I personally have had this happen to me as well after a school field trip.  A parent posted her angry misleading thoughts without talking to me first to get the correct information.  In turn this parent's post had many comments added to it, and the people commenting had even less information than the parent who made the original post.  The teachers involved, the principal, and the parent all had a face to face discussion as a result of this, which it all could have been solved with a face to face discussion in the beginning.
