Share a time when you or someone you know was the recipient of an inappropriate use of digital media or when you might have used digital media in an inappropriate manner.
I remember about 10 years ago being a brand new Facebook user and we just had our first child. My sister had come back from the East Coast and was posting pictures of our son and it made my wife and I really uncomfortable.
How did this make you or others feel? What might have been done differently?
It was such a new platform at the time, but we both felt like we wanted to be able to control what images of our children were being put out there, and who they were being seen by as well. What is fascinating to me is that not only time but our current social media culture has really desensitized these feelings over the last 10 years.
