I had a friend who her daughter was a victim of bullying with digital media in an inappropriate manner. During her high school basketball game other girls took photos of her getting ready. Later then posted them on snap chat for others to see. The girl and her parents found out and were so upset and mad. They contacted the school but since it happened outside of school with the sharing nothing happened.
I would not allow phones in the locker rooms. I would discuss appropriate use of digital media with students. This is horrible that they did this and also got away with doing this to someone. Also because you think photos go away does not mean it truly goes away. Also, anyway can screen shot the photo and texts you send. People can also have other phones to take photos and not just screenshots as well to see what you post too.
