Inappropriate Use: one more Snapchat note

If we need anymore reason to caution students on the use of Snapchat, a reminder that the recipient can capture the photo or video and re-post it on another form of social media or send it via text to someone else.  The mindset that "Snapchats" disappear in seconds is absolutely false.
