I have heard of students using digital media to bully others. One instance is where a couple of girls took unflattering photos of another girl and then posted them to snapchat. The girl who was getting bullied managed to take a screen shot of the screen and present the photos to her principal. The end result was the girls who did the posting got suspended and there was a big teacher/parent conference for all those involved. This happened at my daughter's junior high about five years ago.
