I have seen parents complain or bash a teacher on Social Media, rather than talking to the teacher or people involved. This causes a lot of tension and hurt feelings because a lot of time it is lack of or miscommunication. In my opinion, social media is not meant for sharing all of your problems or calling people out, but to share positive experiences so that others may be better informed. In this case, the parent should have spoken to the teacher directly, and if that wasn't sufficient, talked to the building administrator to solve the issue.
