Unfortunately, I have seen a teacher post comments on Facebook that voice frustrations with a co-worker. While the co-worker's name was not stated, most other teachers in that school knew exactly who the post was about. Everyone is going to disagree and not see eye-to-eye with their co-teachers at some point in time, but venting on Facebook where anyone can see is not appropriate.
