I know of a situation where a student made a fake Facebook account of another student. Inappropriate comments were made by the student to others. Luckily, students told an adult about this account because they felt it wasn't something this student would say or do. We were able to discover the student that made the fake account and the account was deleted. It made me personally feel sorry for the student that had no idea this was going on. I think this happens more often than we think it does. It shows how easy anyone can be "anyone" on social media.
