I was informed quite a long time ago (years) I believe the someone was saying some pretty bad things about me through twitter. I didn't even know about it until I received a message that it was happening. I avoided my twitter account for some time after that and never really knew what it was all about however, it proves that if you are out there being digitally social...there can and may be instances that come up by no fault of your own. Students just need to be made aware that decisions they make now may affect them in them in their future so be mindful of not only what you are posting, but what others may be posting about you.
