Inappropriate Use

Thankfully, I have not been the recipient of inappropriate digital media use nor have I used it inappropriately.  I suppose my only exposure to this is through other people's stories and what makes national headlines.  I have read articles where harsh comments made to impressionable young people have resulted in suicide.  This is awful and certainly can be prevented.  Also, public figures are often scrutinized for their tweets or comments made on digital media.  Sometimes this can be helpful in order to see into someone's true character (and the lack there of).  It can also be concerning  when you recognize the influential power a particular message can have coming from a particular person.  It seems as though having everyone police themselves as to what you'll post/comment is not necessarily enough?!  But then what...
