I have seen several students abuse the internet to bully others. They put something out on social media about someone that they would never say to that person's face. This goes for adults too. I live in a smaller community, so once someone writes something bad or complains, etc, on the internet, it immediately gets spread around. Someone ranted about the school and their child's teacher on Facebook without using names, but most people know which teacher that parent was talking about. Then it turned into a "rant" session for every parent that had an issue. It is rare that you see this happen when it is something positive unfortunately.
