I have not had any inappropriate messages sent to me. But a friend of mine had what he thought was an in fun inappropriate picture sent to his work email and the next day his company IT department contacted him and said that those kind of pictures were not acceptable. My friend did go back to his friend and asked him not to use his work email, it is strictly for work.
