Every time I receive an e-mail promotion or propaganda that I do not want in my inbox instead of spam, it is inappropriate in my mind. When one of those e-mails is also offensive it is even more so. Likewise, when I get a text that is a scam sent to my smart phone, I find it inappropriate.
