The time that comes to mind for me, is about a month ago. My daughter had been invited to a birthday party and a couple of the girls that were invited as well, got her uninvited. I was upset and without thinking about it, I posted the issue on Facebook. Although I got a lot of positive ways to deal with the issue, the parent of the birthday girl didn't take it well. They didn't understand that I was looking for advise on how to handle the situation (due to poor communication on my part) and became upset with me and my daughter. I tried speaking to them in order for them to understand where I was coming from, but it was too late and they didn't want to listen. Once it was over, I realized that there were so many different ways to handle the situation. I ended up deleting the post in order to help end the confusion.
