As a middle school teacher, we had a couple of instances of students sending sexual snapchats and messages to other students and then those students passed them on and so forth. These students had no clue of the ramifications of doing the initial sending or forwarding on of these messages. They unfortunately learned the hard way but it was a great teaching tool for others to understand the major consequences. Many middle school kids are just too irresponsible and immature to handle many technology situations they are allowed to be in. Those that do the right thing most likely have parents involved with every technology decision and are aware of what their child is doing.
